How to Apply

Receive an invite from a mod or a player already in Bardsong. The inviting player must contact the mods to inform them of the invite for approval. Each player can give one invite a month.

Please make sure to check the FAQs, and check our Taken List to make sure the character you desire isn't already taken. If you have any questions, please refer to the Mod Contact page!

Copy the provided code below and paste it in a comment to this entry. The mods will look it over and give their decision as soon as possible.

When you receive a revision request, you have 72 hours to submit your revision. If you receive an acceptance, you have one week to follow the directions provided in your acceptance comment.

The Application

The Player
Player Name/Handle: Your name or how you'd like to be referred to.
Player Contact: What's your plurk? Your discord? What's the best way to contact you?
Characters Currently Played: Got any in? If not, give an N/A.
Are you 18 or older?: All players must be 18 or older without exception! Underaged players will be removed from the game.
Who invited you into Bardsong?: What's the name of the player who sent the invite?

The Character
Name: What's their name?
Canon: What are they from? (Please specify any applicable AUs, CRAUs, or caveats.)
Canon Point: Where in their timeline are they taken from?
Age: Character's age. Characters under 16 are not allowed, but age-ups are okay within reason.
History: Please place your character's history here. Bullet points or a wiki link are fine! If CRAU or Canon AU/Canon OC, please elaborate on events.
Personality: Your character's personality goes here. For an idea of what we're looking for, please provide 2-3 positive traits and 2-3 negative traits of their personality. Also, we'd like to know what they were like in the beginning of their story, and how their experiences helped them grow for good or for ill prior to arriving in Bardsong.
Inventory: What does the character bring with them? While the clothes on their back is assumed, what mundane, everyday items would they have on them? Pets, magic/special weapons, and exceptional items do not come with them. We judge this on a case by case basis. Pets/Weapons/Items can be regained later!

Link one or two roleplay samples featuring your character from within the past year: TDMs or threads from past/current games or memes are permitted.
Name two short term goals and one long term goal you have for your character in this game: Self-explanatory.
(OPTIONAL)Specify up to three starting character classes for your character: What classes would you like to level with this character?
