Butcher Technique: Synthesis - The Butcher doesn't need to eat and continually replenishes their nutrient reserves while under the effects of this ability. But where's the fun in that?

Giant Solifuge
(recommended Level: High)
A fast, nimble monster with a double set of savage tearing fangs. Sometimes called a 'Sun spider' or 'Camel spider', a solifuge actually isn't a spider at all, though it is an arachnid. So at least the Starfallen have that going for them.
Monster Hunter Armor Bonus: Critical Eye - Gain a 1/5 chance of critically hitting an enemy.
Butcher Technique: Rending Fangs - Using 'Chomp' also weakens the target's defense.

Hellion
(recommended Level: High+)
Some sort of massive, magmatic worm-like creature known for idly burrowing and breaching in and out of arid and volcanic areas. It doesn't appear to actively hunt surface animals, but given how it's suffused with powerful fire magic and tends to spray fire and molten rock everywhere it goes, that's not much comfort.
Monster Hunter Armor Bonus: Infernal - High chance of inflicting Fear on low-level monsters when seen by them.
Butcher Technique: Pyroclasm - Creates a damaging aura of fire around the user for three turns.
